I mustve done it back in '10 and i was thinking, i wonder whether i can make a healthy pancake with ground oats and milk and eggs, and i did. the thought of putting it with anything savouriy is dirty. My fave brekfast is if u blend porridge oats and a few raw eggs together and fry that. you can mash it up so its like a porridge or let it set like a omlette/pancake. put it with banana, honey or syrup depending how healthy u wanna be. its nice. do it in a non stick frying pan like tefal http://www....

Paleo diet or similar is too boring for me and I don't get enough energy for it. breakfast is the worst for it, nothing goood to eat

Clean and Jerk 1RM testing today. 85kg for me and I'm sure I can can get more once I master the full Squat Clean and get my Jerk dialled in. How often you do tris bro? This year Ive got 5 Olympic races, 2 70.3s (Hawaii and Japan) and NY IM in August.
