Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

I think you mean 'coach'. He's a first choice Leinster player and has yet to be dropped by Schmidt, starting pretty much every game he's been fit to play. If Fitz was an NIQ Leinster would resign him and probably pay him in the region of what he's asking for. They're not allowed do that and that's ...

Worrying reports Luke Fitzgerald may be leaving Leinster.... He's being offered a new contract with a 30% drop in salary. Not happy obviously and could join TOL or head to France. It's not what he wants so lets hope this gets sorted. Here's the IT article on it today. http://www.irishtimes.com/news...

Were 2011 England a good team? By good teams I basically mean the Tri-Nations and sometimes France. I mean, we've dicked Italy and Scotland this season, lost to the Scots pre WC and at home in the 6 Nations last time we played 'em in Dublin. They were going for the Grand Slam until they met us.

Kidney has never had a vision of how he wants Ireland to play bar hoofing the ball to the oppo and hope they fudge up. He has never had a Plan B. It means we squeek out narrow victories when we should be putting teams to the sword, and conversely means we are going to be on the end of some heavy sc...
