Dined in Piglet (Cow’s Lane) recently. No complaints with the French influenced food and the substantial wine offering was excellent. The owner hails from Toulouse and loves his rugby. Retallick in recent memory has bene astonishing.

But Eales's influence & impact back in the day takes a lot to surpass.

Hard to really compare. They are both out front for me as all-round Second Rows.

A great idea to get a proper Tier 2 competition set-up. England should qualify thru that route against Georgia, Portugal & Romania before they would be let into 'URC +' Premiership. That would drive standards in Tier 2 teams & make it credible. Like Ireland having to work thru from the lowest levels...
