Re: The Official and ONLY England v Ireland Match Thread

Well jaysus, this is a great game, think the Irish bench will make a massive difference though. Would swap Frawley onto the wing though, we're really missing Keenan carrying it back. Yeah why is the best FB in the world playing on the wing eh. 6-2 split and Frawley has more experience there than wi...

Duff Paddy wrote: Sat Mar 09, 2024 4:02 pm Everything that is wrong with the Italian mindset shown there when Garbisi kicked it out. You’re one score down and you have the ball with a huge overlap and you kick it out to get a breather.
If you give away a breakdown pen it is 3 points to the opposition. Percentage wise it's the right play.

Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby

Government messaging on it and they vague wording has scuppered the Yes, Yes campaign.

The government attitude that they can legislate to remove any ambiguity was a very weak argument.

Word the fecking thing correctly be definite about what the consequences will be FFS. (I did vote Yes, Yes)

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Hard on Ryan. Lots of serious players in the row. I was thinking to myself that Frawley suits a 6-2 waaayyyyyyy more than Ringrose. Actually have to pinch myself that a player of his calibre can't break back into the team (leaving positional considerations out of it obviously) Great to see Henshaw ...

Re: SNOWPOCALYPSE

Councils obviously caught off guard as no snow cleared even on the major routes today. Was a dodgy commute in.

Saw one poor woman probably write off her car, totally lost it into the ditch, taking out 4 or 5 fence posts. Lucky she didn't hit a tree.
