Re: Great Bass lines that stick in he mind.
As is normal with these threads, people are going off completely on a tangent. The recent guitar thread was an abortion. Effectively a list of circa 1000 guitarists rather than answering the OP which was about best guitarists. This thread isnt about the best bass player , it's about memorable bass ...

Can't understand why they didn't schedule for next weekend (the following Monday is a national holiday). They would have packed the place out. In today's fast paced world Sunday is not a good day before a work day. All tickets had been sold out, not sure what more they could do. Why is the stadium ...

When someone says 12T they surely don't mean that guy Twelvetrees who seems to have been given innumarable chances by England without a single good outing?

Speaking up for our Antipodean cousins. When a young lad I, and my circle of 'reprobate' friends, thought, "In search of Anna", was a great film. Anyone else know it or am I out on a limb here?

While not fully aware of Guptill or upto date on the Cricket World Cup, I have to say that it is clearly an incredible amount or work by the OP. It must have taken much time, effort and sheer damn persitance in the small hours to put that together. Dedication like that is not found in many.

Italy should be forced to withdraw their bid for the RWC unless they can find someone who can slot a kick from 30 metres.

I so wanted Italy to improve over the years but really warming to the idea that if a team finishes twice in a Row in last place they should play off against the best emerging euro nation. Think that Georgia would actually improve more than Italy have managed.
