Bow Bar - last time I was in noticed they also served pies. So a couple of pints and needed a pie with each pint. Proper pubbing !! So barman, just stack the pies at the end of the bar in those glass cases that keeps them warm. No napkins or plates of course, just eat the pie straight from your hand...

Yes the quitting drink for a while is to be accompanied by attempts at eating less and exercising more. Pretty sure I can handle the drinking and exercise bit, the eating one has always been an issue.
