Small point, Brailsford has said in the past that Sky will not break any rules, they will however go right up to the limit of what they are allowed within the rules. Whilst it might not be illegal, per se, to set up an offshore trust, a UK divorce court would be entitled to require disclosure of such trust set ups, which fortunately all these offshore - trust types are always forthcoming about and therefore avoid perjuring themselves with ease.
