Re: English teams should opt out of HEC says Wray
English and French clubs will go from getting £10M this year from HEC/Amlin to £30M next year. That will help. Not sure why BT wouldn't just play a little bit of hardball if they only ended up with half the competition they were looking for. The English/French clubs would have to take what they wer...

"ERC would have to be wound up and we would be left high and dry," said one delegate. It will happen. Wales and Italy will join too. Irish and Scots will have to follow in a year.

Road up to Dent Station. You poor fucker. I presume the route took you past Ribblehead (I was walking round there on Sunday - fantastic view), and down through Cowgill first before climbing up and over to Garsdale. I'd have been tempted to go ever so slightly awol at the viaduct, and get on the tra...

Got a Specialized Secteur Sport racing bike for Christmas. Absolutely love it and doing Lands End to John O'Groats in 2 weeks time.
Been doing lots of 30-40 mile rides with one tough hill climbs. I have lost half a stone and feel fitter than I have for years.

Does Hartley's play in the loose still consist of flopping straight to the ground and knocking every other ball on, or has he managed to turn it around this season? Hartley is poor in the loose. I was also pondering on which other 6N teams players would SIGNIFICANTLY strengthen England and can't think of many:
France - Picamoles
Italy - Parisse
Wales - Halfpenny, North
Scotland - Hogg
Ireland - no-one?
We are in a pretty good place right now. I like the coaches too, very solid.
