Re: OFFICIAL UNOFFICIAL 4th TEST MATCH THREAD Crusaders vs L

Tremendous result for the Lions and the tour. They may have failed to razzle dazzle but they were very good at what they did and showed tremendous discipline and control. Great on defence and the Crusaders couldn't deal with the rush tactics at all. Scrum interpretations were unusual but you play th...

Re: OFFICIAL Blues vs British & Irish Lions MATCH THREAD

Good game. Lions playing well but fark me their backline is on is unnaturally quick. Walking to lineouts, stepping into our lineout, slowing ball, high tackles. All the things that make British rugby great.

Re: The OFFICIAL filum thread 2.0.Accept no substitues.

Good to see DC universe getting better with each outing Not exactly a difficult goal after the shite MOS & BVS. Liked both those movies. In fact BVS sits in my top 10 ever. So does WW now. Some call the DC universe too dark. I say they are less emotionally and intellectually timid than other films ...

Saw Wonder Woman today. Seriously good flick. Funny, smart and some tremendous performances.
And Gal Godot is a delight to look at on the big screen for 2 hours 20 minutes. Good to see DC universe getting better with each outing. Enjoyed WW as much as Logan and Rogue One.

Congrats to the Lions on the win. Always important to start a tour off on a winning note. And no injuries of substance.

Also big ups to the NZ divisional compilation side. Gutsy effort from the part - timers and within striking distance of an upset.

125 years is worth celebrating. Pick the Lions players for the Barbarians and call it an unofficial 4th test. Fair chance they'd make it a 3-1 series scoreline for the year to the ABs.

Re: The underarm bowling incident - A history of hate .

36 years ago today. Despite the atrocity of this international incident one must also congratulate the Aussies for the birth of NZ Cricket. For ever after cricket has been NZ's no1 summer sport. One must also consider the ongoing atrocities of the Aussies home umpiring towards the Kiwis in the 80's ...

Not wishing to spoiler anything here. Fabulous addition to the franchise. A movie that didn't feel like a tradionlly saga SW movie but was still a SW movie at its core. Plenty of Easter Eggs for fan boys, gritty war story for newbies. Some clever technological choices in this production also. As alw...

Congrats to the English team and fans on a marvellous year. I know it won't necessarily make up for exiting early from RWC 2015 but the way the team/management has bounced back is wonderful and great for the game. An AB vs English test/ series would be a tremendous fixture right now but presently it...

Want 30 minutes at the Pakis tonight I think.

Crapper to come out after tea and lash another 80 odd at a run a minute. Leave the Pakis chasing 310 -320.

No Misbach in the batting line up and Younis lacking form. Crappera should have nothing to worry about.

Interesting fun fact from this test is despite the dominant win by Australia each team accrued 10 CPIs for the test. The difference is Australia for 2 Bowling CPIs and the Saffas none. Overall stats for series had the Saffas at 47 CPIs ( 30 batting and 17 bowling ) and Oz at 21 CPIs ( 13 batting and...

Typical tough as nuts tea vs the French ala the 2013 final test in Paris. ABs showed their fortitude in the second have redressing the first half territory and procession dominance of France. How pathetic for te Irish Manager to come out with his statements today and then claim it's not sour grapes. Irish rugby will never get to the top with sort of weak leadership. I don't care about the AB citings. 2 weekends ago the ABs turned up to Chicago and played touch rugby in one of their worst defensive efforts ever. It was embarrassing. This last weekend they put the ship right and hoed into and cut down anything that moved. Good on them and the result is in the pap...
