just amputate all his toes, problem solved.. Well you can do toe nail surgery to remove the toe nails and stop them growing back and I have said in the past it would be a pretty good investment for those that can no longer reach their feet to cut their nails but people laugh it off like I am joking...

I don't know why there is any debate, swimming pools are pretty dangerous if you can't swim which is clearly the case here. The mum says they could swim, I would imagine if that is the case they have a pretty loose understanding of what swimming is, hence they were there in the first place.
