Law application is different in Scotland to the rest of UK in any case. They use a kind of hybrid common/civil law while the rest of UK is common law Huh? Most developed countries / cities have separate intercity and commuter lines. Given the flakiness of the coastal/ dart line we should be thinking about additional lines into dublin that are more inland.
