Rassie has such high cred in the rugby world, so this vid has left me a little stunned. What the hell was he thinking? It kind of smacks of desperation. Not a great look for rugby either. Well done Aussies! That is the first time in my life that I've cheered (passionately...almost) for Oz for three reasons: 1. Most importantly, diving soccer shite must not prevail. The French 8th man should hang his head in shame. F'kin carnt. 2. Like most people, I presume, it's fun to support the u...

As a Saffer, I hope that the Lions selectors think like the majority of the members on this forum. 1995 and 2003 finals were top notch. After that I'd have the 1991 (people forget how close that match actually was) and 2011 finals. The 2015, 1999 and 2019 finals all had an air of inevitability about them. The teams who won didn't look like losing at all. The 2007 and 1987 finals come a solid las...

Re: What Scares the Boks...

So, how have Ireland done in the RWC? Based on the expectations of Aus, SA, NZ or Arg, they've been absolutely abysmal. However, based on the much lower expectations of a 6N country their results have been: 1999 - atrocious 2003 - below par 2007 - abysmal 2011 - reasonable 2015 - disappointing 2019...
