Illegal stuff might not necessarily have been identified already. Just because you submit a return doesn't mean you get audited or even investigated.

Biggest issue for Barcelona is their wage bill. They have guys on obscene contracts. More than Madrid. Wan-Bissaka is rapid (or at least was at Palace), certainly compared to Alexander-Arnold who isn't "that" quick, he's just an order of magnitude better with the ball at his feet.
