Re: Official CANES V HIGHLANDERS Derby Thread.

Well I missed that. What, in a nutshell, went wrong for the Canes? Up against stout defence. Peyper was a bit up and down, average at best. He was, but no more so than any other ref and really had less influence on the final result than some have had. I think Conrad's stone cold drop in the backlin...

Will add too that the trials & Tywin/Jaime scenes were excellent ... love the way Tywin just knew what Jaime was going to do to save his brother lol.

Also excellent the way they brought Shae back, was afraid she was going to be all nice & stuff, but it was done very well - no sympathy for her fate!

Asha didn't raid the Dreadfort in the books, did she? From my vague recollections, she doesn't see him until Stannis is at Winterfell, right? From memory you are correct, I definitely can't remember any raid on Dreadfort in the books. Also wondered, nerdy book bit here, why the dragon didn't kill t...

Don't see why they couldn't have cast someone who could act and give the character a bit of personality, as it is preferred the previous actor - at least he portrayed something close to Naharis from the books IMO. Current guy is just bland.

The reds never had a chance from the moment gill's try was disallowed. f**king shocking decision which was confirmed later in this game when the exact same offence went unpunished.
