I think they should limit it. I would want Australian teams to be dominated by Australians. But I think the current approach has to go. I think there is enough quality in both nations for ten teams.

There are plenty of competitions around the world that involve multiple nations. None of them have the eligibility rules we do, none of them have a fixation with playing for your home nation. All of them are better competitions than super rugby.
