Re: Has Covid given the independence movements a boost?
With two fingers being shown to Boris this week by the respective leaders of Wales and Scotland, has the differing approaches to this virus given us a glimpse into the future? Neither the Welsh or Scottish leadership want an independence referendum. It's like a used to tell Jerpy. They want to shou...

I wonder if there are one or two Glasgow signings stepping up from age-grade yet to be announced? Edinburgh have taken on a good few youngsters on pro contracts or pro pre-contracts now (Chamberlain, Muncaster, Grahamslaw, Gamble, Darge and Boyle), whereas I’m not sure Glasgow have announced the sa...

Here's a question for the rank and file Military buff know-it-alls of the bored...had the UK succumb to the Nazi's early on, would Ze Germans have gone on to win the eastern front, or were they always doomed to lose to the Ruskies, and ultimately the war? Its not really a question than can be answe...

Other than a few youngsters and Super 6 players stepping up Cockers is signing a SQ 2nd row. “There’s one more experienced lock who will come in that’s Scottish,” the coach continued. “It’s not right at this point to ann...

Also, in rugby news Edinburgh have signed Scotland U20 flyhalf Nathan Chamberlain. He looked excellent in the U20 Six Nations this year - it would be a huge boost to our resilience as a squad if he could force his way to first choice at Edinburgh. 3 pro level 10s would have been the stuff of deams ...

My partner was in hospital in November, and most of the nurses were BAME and almost all would have been classed as obese. Nurses don't look after themselves too well. Long hours, on your feet all day (so exercise after work is not appealing), staff canteen food, shouting at the Tories all day.........
