14 million with a first dose of vaccine in the UK according to the latest figures (around 21% of the population). Only 0.5million with 2 doses, but that will increase in time. Very positive for the UK right now. Cases dropping by about 25% per week - and deaths now also falling at that rate. But th...

But, yep, that's not really a fair metric considering some of the absolute dross we've seen fit to shoehorn into the midfield over that time. 15 years means 5 different England head coaches, 4 World Cup cycles and countless great white hopes that failed to cut the mustard in the mea...

Dom Cummings' qualification is to excise errant civil servants, politicians and now scientists from positions of influence. There seems to be some kind of shared wisdom going on now that a tight lockdown is clearly the only way to have behaved and that the government was remiss in not doing so sooner. Lot of misinformation in this thread, unsurprisingly. We are not supposed to 'just take our car for a drive' to keep it ticking over. That is certainly not essential travel. The below explains the few things you need to do each week to keep your car in working order. https://www.which.co.uk/news/202...

It is not a carte blanche to the police, they have to be acting proportionately.
