If the likes of her kept their mouths shut it would have been more likely that we stayed in the EU. Nothing winds people up more than a luvvie telling them what they should do and how they should think

Booked Amsterdam marathon. Super flat 8) maximum elevation is 32m Good luck. Sounds dull to me, I'm doing the green 26.2mile which is 78 laps around a victorian prison including steps up and down in the wings... I hate flat races and, I like races that make people go WTF? Anybody ever tried running shoes from Decathlon? My Hoka shoes are falling to bits but don't fancy a new pair of them. Need to get a load of gear from Decathlon anyway and have always been impressed by their general range of clothing for running and cycling.

Re: WR explore rugby specific guidelines for transsexuals
There is a video on BBC profiling a Welsh male to female rugby player. Of course the team mates are chuffed to have them in the team. But watching, I'd be livid if someone like that did a crash ball say into my partner. Somebody will get hurt. I think at professional level if I ran as hard as possib...

Oleksandr Usyk must be an interesting case study for everyone who believes everything was better in the 70s . Same size as the dominant fighters of that era. No deficiency in skillset. Fury would wipe the floor with pretty much any heavyweight from any era. Crikey. That’s some amazing bollocks right there. I'm standing by it. Heavyweights in the 50s were 5'10. Heavyweights in the 70s were 6'2. There are only a handful of guys in heavyweight history who could stop a 6'9 man that b...

Wilders record is super padded though. At least 30 of the names on there I've never even heard of. His only notable victories are over Ortiz (who's old and massively overrated in my opinion) and Brezeale who is big and very easy to hit. Tbh the hip can not hinge as it is a synvovial ball and socket joint. Le chat was absolutely correct in that thread. Perhaps he has knowledge of lower limb anatomy, in his professional life maybe? Perhaps the 1,000’s of sports and training professionals do misuse the term .... we were discussing an...

“Hinge strength “ makes sense. Not in the context you're using it. For starters you clarified this as 'hip hinge range of motion' when the hip isn't even a hinge joint  We were discussing deadlifts. It makes perfect sense. Hip hinging is the movement of a deadlift or a kettle ball swing. It's ...

How often do you lads get sick/pick up bugs? I’m about 6 days into a bout of the flu, and I was similarly sick the week before Xmas, and was f**ked with another bug back in September. I do train a lot, usually up for 4.30am and off to the gym, twice a week and 3 slow 8km jogs. While not in great sh...
