Optimistic and all that Quinlan's piece is, I don't see AIL faring all that well in future years unless the IRFU does more to support the clubs. There are too many fans getting into rugby by the armchair supporter route and bypassing the clubs altogether with their fervent support for the provinces...

I know it's against the spirit of the thread, but surely it's dangerous to try to shoehorn all of the women into 3 divisions.
