Dermot Gallagher on sky says that an incident in the Liverpool Norwich game where VVD was held when he went to attack a corner wasn't reviewed because the correct replay wasn't show soon enough to VAR. So does that mean that VAR is relying on sky or bt to show them the replays they need to make a ju...

Re: James Haskell signs MMA deal with Bellator
I would rather be punched by Haskell than McGregor any day of the week. This is a rare case where I actually know what I'm talking about - someone who is spot on with the mechanics of delivering a punch will land something far more devastating than a big knacker with lots of muscles. There is that ...

I have some sympathy for City because I think FFP is not really fair. City would have been better off just spending the money and taking the fines for overspending or using the loan to buy PSG method of getting around it. What they've done to piss UEFA off so much is to lie about where the money is ...

Does anyone believe Apple would actually hand over 14Bn if we told them to stump it up? It's already in escrow I thought. Exactly. They have handed it over pending the outcome of the court case. I was playing 5 a side this evening. Was talking to a few of the lads who work in DIT. Used to vote labour, switched to Sinn Fein. Their rational was, " sure give them a go, it cant get any worse " There should be a minimum IQ requirement for suffrage in Ireland. Some people want to lower the votin...

Will Stander at 6 be used to jackal more than normal, we're badly lacking in players to turn the ball over. I'd rather see a 6 make a few offensive tackles tbh. The ESF plan hasn't worked too well. Well Stander has the bulk for that so long as he's not using all his energy making tight carries one ...

I know Munster are not blowing anyone away but Jack O'Donoghue has always impressed me when I've watched him this season. He very good at disrupting mauls and works hard in defense, I'd be interested to see him in the team to gauge if he can play at this level regularly.
