I'm Italian and I can speak quite a few to a reasonable level so I can use them daily (English, French, Spanish, German). I've always thought that the only real reason to send your children to a ridiculously expensive private school was due to the fact that they would have had higher chances for high level networking later in life.

to be fair, as a foreigner in London (although not a refugee), I must admit that it's very difficult to integrate oneself here even when you do speak the language and make an effort.

They do have a free service but it's not ad free. They broadcast an ad every few songs.

In the UK it's only 5£ a month for a premium account though.

thing is, and please anybody correct me if I'm wrong, Joubert could not use the TMO in this case.

I'm not sure why he was allowed to use it for the Maitland's YC either but that's a different issue.

You could jump on the frecciarossa train to Rome and be there in 1 or 2 hours.
