Henry Slade has signed a new long-term contract with Exeter Chiefs. When I looked at their announcement I didn't notice them specifying what long term meant in practice. Good news for them. Nice core of young English talent down there. They are an easy team for a neutral to like. Speaking of contra...

Purdy played much at 13 before? Thought he looked okay at JWC, not especially quick (for a wing) or explosive, but seemed to pick intelligent running lines. At least he knows the opposition centres.

Probably worth stating that while players probably wouldn't have gone to Irish for facilities/S&C in the past, they probably have gone a fair way towards catching up this season. The new training facilities at Hazelwood are a huge improvement on the old setup and include a gym that was designed by S...

Meh, Needs a patch or two for sure. Rating errors are one thing, but you'd think someone would have run their eye over things to make sure people were at least listed in the right position. Keep getting an irritating 'not a valid substitution error' with no explanation (players of the same position)...

Pretty ludicrous from the ECB.
The confrontation wasn't even initiated by him. Prince told him to 'fudge off back to cover point' as he took up a close catching position. Just can't see how any panel can seriously consider calling someone Kolpak, racist.

What a softcock. A league is all about mixtures of squad players, senior academy, AASE and the odd loan/trial player.
Surely they can cobble enough together to fulfill the fixture.

Wasps need to bite the bullet and move somewhere that does not and is not likely to have a premiership football team. They will also have to think seriously about rebranding. Wouldn't be the worst option. Never really got the Wood thing. He's a decent player and obviously offers a lineout option in the back row. But otherwise, as neither a Saints or Quins fan, Robshaw is the more impressive player imo.
