Don't want washing machine phonecalls at 11pm in the pub on Friday. Believe me.
That's one of my main worries to be fair. Or getting phonecalls in general.

We'd just have to cut down on the 3 holidays a year.

Sound. I would be fairly useless when it comes to DIY, some mildly successful tap and light fixture changing has been the height of it.

It's a good apartment though so i couldnt see it being a problem to find tennants.

I feel sorry for the dopes that dont have a property portfolio. LOSERS. To be serious for tho, have any of you lads done any Landlording? We've been in a one bed apartment in the city center since 2005. The wife is mad to get it sold as soon as the NE clears to get a house, but im less keen consider...

Fair dos.

Was hoping to get up for that game, but the 7.05 KOs are just a killer without taking a half day from work. Great to have Irish rugby back on the box.

Wan the lads!

Not sure about Payne as a 13, does he like the rough stuff? Great to have Bowe & Gilroy back starting a game.

Good to see the dog at 10 for the ladys as well.

Maybe TG4?

edit, affirmative on TG4. Possibly not a lot of use for someone in the 'fast.

Pro 12 is losing a lot of quality. Sexton, North etc already gone. The ulster lads, BOD next season. Thankfully Olding is the next Fofanna.

Madigan at 15 this weekend. Best use of current resources i suppose.

Tiny outside bet that they could be looking to shift him there to give Ireland 2 kicking options moving forward?

I can see Trimble not getting that many more International caps, (sadly in my view). Himself and McFadden are similar enough, powerful direct players that give 100% every game, but Joe may just go for familiarity if and when a decision comes down to those two. Having an extra kicker on the pitch is ...

Afternoon lads. Part time lurker turned part time poster here. Ulster fan, living in mexico.

Good stuff from Schmidt. Hopefully this is the start of a bright couple of years, IRFU finances withstanding. Maybe it'll make the €50 irish supporters memberships worth it, cause the poxy flag doesnt.
