Well done Quins - good win. Leinster did well to get the away BP though.

Easter was immense.

Re: The Official London Clique v Dublin Affluence Thread

Thta's a poor miss of the conversion but the try scorer should have gone under posts He was chased all the way. Nah, he coasted from a long way out. Gopperth was hanging off him just as he touched it down! Just rewound it and he definitely coasted the last 20m, he could easily have got under the st...

Away win and BP - who'd have thunk it. Quite a lively encounter, if somewhat error strewn.

Great exhibition of defence from the French, albeit Munster were very one dimensional in attack.

Re: 3rd ODI in Sri Lanka

Decent win, despite some flawed selections. Buttler and Root batted very sensibly. Didn't see Moeen's knock but that sounded like it was another good'un. Everyone's wary of saying it for obvious reasons, but Moeen bats like a left-handed Amla in terms of his languid timing of the ball. I like watch...

Re: 3rd ODI in Sri Lanka

Buttler beats the crap out of the Sri Lankan attack and England end up coasting home. Well done Jos and Moeen, when those two tee off the score changes in a hurry. Great support from Root, decent from Hales after his monumental cockup. Cook finishes with the lowest strike rate of any batsman in the...

I don't think the team is that far away from being a good unit...Cook and Woakes to me are the weakest options. I'd bring Hales up to open with Moeen, push the rest up a spot, give Jordan some time to develop and go with something like Moeen Ali Alex Hales Joe Root Eoin Morgan Ravi Bopara James Tay...

3rd ODI in Sri Lanka

This is being played in the jungle - lots of rain about. The selectors seem to think it will suit seamers, so they've dropped Tredwell (our most economical bowler) They really had to pick Hales, which they have. However they've got themselves in a right pickle having Cook as skipper, so Bell gets dr...

Anyone know exactly why Hooper was blowing up after the English try in the second half? He had to be restrained from starting a fight and then was whinging on at the ref. Most unbecoming. I don't see the problem with requiring some grounding behind the line. Bowlers shouldn't be pushing it to the extent that they do. Rinkals is right about the laws as they stand - and I don't see any need to change them. A lot of spinners pivot on the landing toe with the heel in the air - as long a...
