Yea... what's that now.... half a dozen or more 'incidents' involving Boeing in the last 12 months.... Not forgetting the Max disasters I'm sure it's nothing related to putting DEI over technical ability...wait, aren't Boeing American?? I take that back ... DEI has it's own problems, but Boeing has...

Re: France vs England - Official 6 Nations Thread - 16 March 24
I am just glad Eng showed we can play better after the last two games. For the France game I am more interested that we make more progress in how we are playing than the result (I say that now right?), I'm thinking we need to be more clinical than we were in the Ireland game. As for the title, I do...

Re: The Reform Party UK
The issue with Abbot is she's certainly cracked a few racist statements herself and been pretty terrible in sioe of her roles. So in the enduring criticism she used racism to dismiss her genuine critics. So when she actually gets some racist abuse it becomes boy cries wolf, or just white noise. Som...

Re: The Reform Party UK
Now a Tory donor wants a black female MP shot. Jesus Wept Diane Abbot has been treated like shit by Labour and Tory alike. The idea that anti black racism is not common across all parties in parliament is laughable at this point. The issue with Abbot is she's certainly cracked a few racist statemen...

Re: Could this be the worst 6 Nations ever?
I think it has been fine, we rarely get six nations (or rugby championships for that matter) where the majority are close to the top of their game. It has been entertaining, nice trys from all teams, a couple shocks. Can't ask for much more other than your own team winning the thing, or yknow winni...

Re: France vs England - Official 6 Nations Thread - 16 March 24
I read in media that in theory there is a scenario that if england won and ireland lost, ireland would win title even though england had won more games, due to all irelands bonus points.obviously there are various scenarios how that could play out but i guess its possible and a big flaw in the six na...

Re: Wales Vs Italy - 6N Official Match Thread - Welsh wooden 🥄?
I foresee an Italian win but if we do get a Welsh one it'll be deeply unsatisfying one through bad ref decisions or Italian cards or a series of flukes.
Italy deserve this far more than we do too, we've been the worst team in this championship and it isn't even close.

I'd be more confident of beating Australia at home (Wales v Oz would be hilarious in its incompetence if played today though) than Italy I think so hard to argue.

Italy only lost to England by 3 point s, drew with France and beat Scotland. They could've been second on the table with a match to go. Last match is against the bottom side Wales. It may have only been 3 points on the scoreboard but Italy were nowhere near winning that game Edit: i'm still glad En...

Banksy, Tony Blair, What's the Story Morning Glory, jumpers for goalposts, ladettes, the BBC... fudge me that list gave me a horrible flashback feeling of being driven to school with Mark and Lard on the radio. Mark and Lard doing the afternoon slot on radio 1 was the high point of British culture....

In 2020 Anderson voted in favour of the Recall of MPs (Change of Party Affiliation) Bill which would require any time an MP changes party to call a by-election. How does he feel about this now? Have to admit piquant is a case study in the typical entitled democratic voter. Whine, moan, bitch. What do you want the government to do? I don’t know, I don’t care, it’s not my job, just fix what I don’t like. I like this, can we get it on a T shirt? I see the point but it is also a bit unrealist...

I don't know why people are upset/suprised. Did anyone really expect much different even against an out of form French team? We probably could have held on to make it more respectable with smarter play but that is about it.

I think it’s fair. I saw this defeat coming a mile away. We need to figure out a way to make us a team of written off hopeless underdogs for every game - just like Wales.
