Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby

That was funny. A united Ireland will happen. I fear it will be the 51-49 united Ireland which would be a disaster. They need to take their time with this. It’s a terrible idea. A federal Ireland has a chance but a United Ireland is just not going to work. A federal Ireland is what it would be Inde...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Our captain after Sexton should be Iain Henderson, discuss Not guaranteed his place with Ryan and Beirne being possible 2nd rows and Baird coming through. For the same reason, I wouldn't make Ryan captain. Then again, there's not many who will be guaranteed their place. I don't know if Henshaw or F...

Irish Lions? I think a few players stocks rose today and others secured their places in the squad . I had Sexton written off a few weeks ago but I now think he’ll make it as long as he stays fit. We're just coming out of March though, so there is unlikely to be too much damage even if cases rise a little. we better hope its a drudgefest because we have no hope of winning with in an open field battle, they've two distributors and buckets of pace.

Edit and better skills, we are good at the breakdown, lineout, maul and kicking. and that's fine but we have to do it at power, pace, accuracy and discipline.
