200 is still very high. <50 is the magic number.

I was lucky and got diagnose at 30. The older you are, the higher the risk of Diabeetus, Liver Cancer and Heart disease x(

Most of my favorite beers these days would be in the 6 to 8% range. I like Strong beers but anything over 5.8% is not a session beer - it's just a marketing thing now Depends how long your session is and how fast you drink them I guess.
