Re: When the time comes...

In all seriousness, therugbyclub.com would be the best name. It describes what this place is and is the most welcoming, least-cliquey name for new posters which is what is needed. Anything involving a PR-ism should be dismissed, this place has a terrible reputation for cliques, on and off the forum...

Wellingtonians - some advice please...

About mid-November my son is planning on having his stag do in your fine city. There's likely to be about a dozen of us for two or three nights. We're looking for something a bit swanky and reasonably close to partying nightlife. A penthouse would be ideal but I suspect there will be too many of us,...

I had a 100% frozen shoulder that the surgeon had to break free while he did my rotator cuff. Long story short - get a physio post-surgery that knows what they're doing. Too many farkwits giving you rubber bands to stretch. The one exercise that sorted mine was to face a wall with your arms pressed ...

In David Niven’s autobiography he claims to have been in the SAS rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Yes, I'd back this up. I read a biography of one of the original SAS chaps (it's on my Kindle, so I can't be bothered finding the exact info) and Niven is an integral part of it. Was spoken ve...
