Re: Chicago cop shoots 13 year old with hands up
Having seen a Victoria Police officer wind himself up into a frenzy against my (fellow white) mate for daring to question his direction here at the Melbourne Cup before I dragged said mate away it is no stretch at all for me to imagine one shooting a wayward kid. Having said cop yell at me " yeah y...

Re: Rugby NAMA thread Revisited Rugby
Bit of a bonanza payout today. €23.5m. Not sure what to think of it. Negligence or just sometimes things just happen? Special damages to care for a profoundly damaged child. Or are you claiming there can be no negligence by doctors during a birth? I’m not claiming anything. I said I wasn’t sure wha...

1. He’s very boring even if he’s very opinionated.
2. I think he’s be awful as an Ireland coach.
3. Half the time he says he hasn’t watched the match he’s being asked about.

Re: Chicago cop shoots 13 year old with hands up
The cop clearly had a few milliseconds to decide if the kid was bringing up his hands to fire the gun that the officer had already seen in the kid’s hand.
The cop really should have used the TMO, it was far too hard to make such an important decision On first viewing at full speed.

That’s great news for Munster.

Anybody notice Dr. Martin Tobin smashing it out of the park in the Chauvin case?
He even managed not to say the words Garda or veh-ic-le once.

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread
The strategy of shoving women's rugby down my throat is making me actively dislike it. Leinster notch up what is widely recognised as one of their greatest Heineken Cup wins and all they talk about is women's rugby and la Rochelle. How can that be justified? Gerry says it wasn't even that good of a...

It really should be called a maul until the ball carriers upper body hits the deck. This voluntary BLM nonsense when you’re getting stripped of the ball is bullshit.

Passing (timing, speed, accuracy and distance) is the defining skill of a scrum half FFS.
If he’s not the best passer in the team he shouldn’t be on it.

Concussion and CTE is taken seriously. It can make you very narky and aggressive. It's Sexton. How will they know?[/same joke we've used every time this comes up] I’d say they will keep an eye out for him scolding his team mates and arguing with referees. There’s a formula substituting X for “norma...

Despite being a bit Shakey, I hope Larmours brace over the weekend helps get him back on track. Second try in particular was brilliantly finished. Keenan was class, missed tackle aside. 303 cases, 2 deaths. One of the deaths reported today occurred in April and the other is from March. Of the cases notified today, 167 are men and 135 are women. 75% are under 45 and the median age is 32. All very positive. Not that it'll make a difference. I’m guessing the next 2 years will be crit...

Only caught the highlights (anybody got a link to the full match please) but from what I saw and heard about Larmour. 1. I read he dropped a few catches. Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread
For the record I thought Gilroy was a very exciting player. On Larmour, he does make some hard yards in zero space both by stepping and very good leg drive. But it’s like asking a racehorse to pull a cart. Not the best use of his resources and we’d be better served to ask why none of our wingers get...

Well I wish him all the best, but he looks like dogshit for 56. The big man needs to drop those extra kilos and start looking after himself. 56 is far too young to be having massive heart attacks. He has a second chance. I hope he sorts it out. https://cdn.24.co.za/files/Cms/General/d/110...
