My main problem is their inability to monetise their mobile version, less and less people will be using FB on their laptop. I think i am the only person in Ireland that doesn't actually have a facebook account !! And quite right too, you are an adult man and would need nothing that it can provide. ...

Right thats a decision made, I need to buy a rack and bar plate etc for out doors (the rack any way). I only have a smiths in my local gym and don't really want to train at the criminals one. recommendation please, I have a month or so to order it and get it put up by the shed.

Hey Bobs, Yes Mon Squat , Tue Bench, Wed rest, Thur deadlift. Weekend cardio only (+arms), I am doing the 5 x 7 wave. next week 6x3 reps, 5,3,2 the final week. feels very much like cheating but today my legs ache from Mon and my arms from Last night.

Righto, End of the holiday (1 week off the gym, and lower free weight the week before), but back in Swissland tomm morning and the gym has a special offer for a month (the cost of 2 sessions normally), so am aiming to go every night mon-thursday .
