I don’t know about the size of the gold bars I’ve handled in South Africa, but they would be probably lighter than that. You need a very strong hand to lift with one hand because of the taper. I didn’t see anybody succeed. This was a long time ago.

My granddaughter in Scotland got the virus and was out for three weeks, but is nearly fully recovered. She works part time in a supermarket while at university. She suffers from asthma which probably makes her more vulnerable. Her boyfriend shows no symptoms.
