Who should he have picked? You could start by at least looking at players who are going well in the Premiership. He gave a tip of the cap some of to the Saints backline, and had them kicking away turgid, slow ball. Marler, George, Cole, Care, Ford, Slade , Daly, Steward - these aren't the selection...
