Re: Wallaby World Cup squad and form guide

We can't win the WC unless our ball carriers are firing. Pick whoever of Palu or Higgers remains uninjured for the season and gets some serious form under the belt. If neither do, look at Vaea. After seeing actaul extent of Foley's tiny boot on the weekend, I'm more concerned about our kicking in p...

I hope this means them asking Graham what's going on and if the first word that comes out of his mouth is "Ahhh..." they take him out the back and shoot him.

You'll probably need to thaw them out a bit more.

Cycle 2 of 531. DODLOFTZ! 5x100 5x110 10x120 Felt super strong but my form went in the last few reps. Started doing them like straight leg deadlifts which isn't good. I'll definitely work on that next week. Then did Kroc Rows, 5x5 pull ups (I really want to be able to hit double figures), Pallof pre...

I'd say his win rate would be that low because he played in that position for the Rebels rather than his distribution. 2/4 when playing there for the Wallabies as well. 3 wins in 20 games there, pretty poor return for a "superstar". I agree that JOC isn't a 5/8 but the Reds aren't exactly swimming ...
