Interesting that you're moaning about the possibility of a guy who has shown himself to be one of the top wingers in Europe over the last number of years (Zebo), and not a guy who has shown himself significantly out of his depth (Lowe)

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Aki and Henshaw is a solid option, I don't hate it, but your back three will see very little of the ball. Arguably it would be a step backwards depending on how Catt et all want to play. Preferably you'd have a Hume or a Ringrose back in form (and he certainly played his best game for Leinster in a...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

Jokes aside Zebo has to be in the reckoning, hopefully with Balacoune on the other wing and Keenan at fullback. That's a passable back 3. Earls to cover, maybe Stockdale if he finds some fitness. I'm a big fan of TOB, would love to see him and Byrne, really pushing for Leinster spots this year. 180...

Ryan is supposed to be Ireland's baby-eating TH lock.

Munster decapitated that team with a second-choice and light weight pack away from home. Leinster should be looking for 50+ without getting out of first gear.

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

The Porter to LH switch makes huge sense for Leinster and Ireland. It makes less sense for Porter as he's tying his success to what Furlong wants to do with his next contract and significantly reducing his earning potential. he will be getting a central contract after this season replacing healy. Healy was great again for me. Always been a big fan of him, not sure why some people don't rate him. Obviously good with the boot but his passing is really crisp too. Underrated in terms of a creative player. Seems to have a good temperament and is really robust as well. The backrow was excellent a...

Munster topping the URC viewing figures over the first two rounds with both of their games being the top two watched games so far.

Connacht look to be well supported also. No sign of Leinster or Ulster in the Top 5 most viewed games so far which is a poor sign.
