Unless you have three phase (and I doubt it) you probably have 5 kWac (so maybe 6.6 kWdc) installed, so for a normal house in summer you would have excess. I have 10 kWac but my a/c is ridiculous and I have a pool heat pump as well which runs between 9am and 5pm, so I use what I generate typically!...
