Re: Towny's Weight Loss Programme

Weighed myself last week and I was 93kg, today I was 86 . Feeling pretty f**king good as well. 7kgs in a week...that's f**king dangerous or your massive...

And when has that ever h...

JTB...That's why we win the big games we target,
That's incredibly arrogant Jeff and I very much doubt if anyone in the Welsh set-up would agree with one iota of that.

Re: Official Wales v Argentina Match Thread!
England were relatively comfortable in beating Argentina. Wales beat England 30-3 last time. A comfortable Wales win should be the expectation. Scotland just beat the brave Cherry Blossoms. Japan beat Wales. Wales beat England. England beat the ABs last time out. Scotland are currently the best rug...

Did a few reps of Box Hill on Sunday - most enjoyable apart from the 35,000++ cars that were
trying to find a space in the car parks at the top - backlogged a good 100+ yards down the road either way.
The Cafe at the top of Box Hill must make a fortune..

Gave up giving car drivers the verbals after I let rip at one car driver
who pulled out in front of me in a country lane in Surrey, only to find
an old and frightened looking 80 year old lady behind the wheel - felt bloody awful.
Bus drivers are fair game.
