I've had a proper cold all week so i've done nothing but work. I'm at that stage where i still feel a bit rough but not sure whether to train or not :? Really annoying. I agree about the squatting motion, i lift a lot allday but never in that way.

I'm on my feet allday plus rugby so i try not to hammer my legs, and i think i really should eat more protein

How often are you squatting? Once per week :) I've slimmed everything down to a 5x5 routine and one evening of rugby training plus a game on saturday. It seems to work ok, i was trying to do too many exercises too many times a week and getting nowhere. I'm trying to lift for 30 mins only but heavy....

If ashton doesn't have a really good game next time out he'll get dropped. I think Lancaster is managing it all quite well, and i think ashton gets a lot of shit he doesn't deserve.
