Agullo just ran round and tackled the back of the ruck. FFS ref - that is clear a penalty as you could ever see.

This has been the worst performance I have seen from a ref. He has absolutely ruined the game as a spectacle. When commentators are laughing at the decisions, you have to know something has gone wrong.
