World Rugby failed to give Romania a 3rd test this Autumn They didn't fail mate Yes they did. WR's job is not primarily administrative, but to drive the whole of rugby forward. They failed to support Romania enough. They succeeded in giving Romania the support they decided was necessary. Or not.

WR talk about growing the game and have neglected Romania here. A country that has a history of strong rugby.

I was at the game in '88? when the Oaks beat us, and another in '02? at a Friday night game where we won comfortably.

Could be a strong international team. Shame.

Bit worried about the defence of our forwards. They seemed to drop off a few players in both the Ulster and Edinburgh games. I want to see that improved for this game.
