Re: 2012 Official Golf Thread

Well ventured out on Sat, wish i hadnt tbh. The weather was a shocker, blowing a gale, about 5 degrees at best and pissing it down. Thank feck it wasnt a counting medal yet, far too many blows ended with a net 82 and came 3rd  blowing a bit here at the moment too. Im playing this beauty tomorr...

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

We cannot risk Bomb or Melon.
Players can get injured in training. There's no point in putting them in cotton wool. The only reason I'd play Gill is because he needs the experience.

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

I would like to see Gill again. He had a good game against the Irish. Being an over-confident sort, I'd be tempted to start him and would rest Gethin. Gill is a better scrummager for starters and Gethin's workrate might not be quite so vital against the Italians. That said, it's just that sort of a...

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

Chateris called up. Rees in contention. Roberts looks likely to be out. I would have rested Roberts even if he had been fit, anyway Interesting selection dilemma for Gatland if Charteris is fit. Ian Evans has done well, Ryan Jones has been immense and AWJ was alright. Where would Charteris fit in? ...

Impossible, Flaps said it was me and I subsequently went back and edited it.
I'm sure a full and frank apology will be forthcoming from Flaps momentarily.

Henry, how have been reamed? It's not nearly as bad as when jerpy got caught out denying posts on the old bored. Your consistent inability to post evidence of Jerpy's indiscretion was a bad starting point and this has been compounded by a frightening inability to grasp the basic issue with editing ...

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

Slightly relieved that Cuthbert didn't return due to a knock. Was worried that he'd either bottled it or Edwards had jumped the gun and pulled him off harshly for a defensive lapse. Good news on Lydiate - we'll need him. Gethin should be rested up. Let's make sure he's 100% - Gill deserves a second ...

1. Gill 2. Bennett 3. Jones 4. Davies 5. Evans 6. Jones 7. Warburton 8. Faletau 9. Phillips 10. Priestland 11. North 12. Jaw 13. Jiffy Jnr 14. Cuthbert 15. 1/2p I'd take that but I'd be surprised to see Gill edge out James. I also think, given the noises from the camp, made via the ever-reliable Wa...

Re: What watches do you own? (thread cock-wave rating - V.Hi

I'm rather happy with my Christopher Ward C3 Malvern Chronograph: http://www.christopherward.co.uk/men/dr ... c3skk.html

Classical aesthetically and excellent service. An excellent everyday watch only over-shadowed by those occasions when I have to bring out the old Rolex Milgauss.

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

Well... Some good news. darcy and earls in midfield with Murray at SH. If roberts is fit we may still be in with a slim chance I worry about Keet's pace against Jiffy for some reason and if we go with Beck in Roberts' absence, D'Arcy experience could prove troublesome. Not that this backline discus...

Could there be any mind games going on.....lulling Ireland into a false sense of security......the players turn out to be not as injured as thought....any edge you can get I'd ejaculate if he picked our first XV and then said, that participation in training was full and brutal. He won't mind and th...

It's good in that the Irish will have a blu-tack surplus. It's bad in that I quite like England's Call and co getting into a right froth when Gatland speaks his mind or states the obvious. The indignation kills me.
