Re: Chinese strategists: "New Zealand holds the key to the world"

Does a country need unanimous votes from the member countries of the TPP to join the TPP? China is probably worried that UK will block them from joining the TPP if they join before them. Re: The culture of sexual abuse in France

Well, Catholic societies never really got the openness of the Reformation and this mirrors the top-down structure of the Catholic Church.

England is an exception, as the CoE is basically Catholic and many of the landholder aristocracy were actually Catholic.

Gwenno & Bimboman: If you shit a calorie out or you don't absorb the calorie, then obviously that doesn't count. The article you posted Gwenno was laughable nonsense. Citing a bunch of studies at the end of superficially scientific sounding waffle does not validate anything. Some actual qualified p...

Any EU posters interested in a leftist (not identity politics style) view on the EU problems should watch a few of Mark Blythe's lectures. He's a Scottish guy with a very nice accent. It's all about the lack of exercise.

When I was a teen, I worked a summer job that required lots of physical work. I ate 2 huge meals each night at around 5pm and 11pm, and I was in the best shape of my life.

I read that the industrious, hard-working Northern Irish have one of the fastest vaccination rates in the world. Whereas the Republic of Irish aren't vaccinating as quickly. What's causing the difference?
