Re: Razor's first press conference
DC and McCaw I understand. They were GOATs. There's no one in this most recent line up that is a GOAT you make an exception for. Not even RMo

Re: Whats Wrong With The Gold Coast Theme Parks?
Went to them in 98. The Police Academy show at Movieworld was incredible as was the show at Seaworld. The Wipeout at Dreamworld had me browning my daks when I was lining up purely because of the rusty screeching noise it made.

Re: Razor's first press conference
Razor Robertson has had his first press conference of 2024 as AB coach today and I found two of the reported points quite interesting. 1. It sounds like he is working on making Richie Mo'unga available for the ABs even though he has signed a three-year deal in Japan. I think that would have to invo...

Re: Test 1/3 Australia v Pakistan Perth
The ICC Anti-corruption unit should investigate Shafique. I'm a betting man and I'd wager the bookies would lose plenty on a Pakistani victory Because he scored a pair? I'd argue 90% of batters in the world get bowled by that Starc delivery this innings, not sure there's much he could have done rea...

He so not the first coach to be in that situation nor will he be the last coach. Funny thing is as long as you get results people forgive you. He went on to coach the Black Ferns to a World Cup win. The Blues went through 2 more coaches in the next two seasons. Black Ferns winning World Cup at that...

Can also make a case for Richardson. He's a dickhead IRL too, like Warner, and the exact antithesis of Warner as a batter, but at least he could hold a bat away from home (ave 47 away and 42 at home, including averages of 61 in India, 57 in England, and 46 in SA). Richardson has a higher test avera...

Re: Test 1/3 Australia v Pakistan Perth
Yeah nah. I don't see him any different to Richie McCaw purposefully winning a turnover from an offside position  That's certainly a take. I don't remember McCaw ever assaulting Chris Robshaw in a bar, as Warner did to Root. What's that got to do with his talent and ability on the pitch?

Meanwhile back at Aus vs Pak, if there is any sense of justice or karma in this world Warner will not sign off with a farewell ton. Unfortunately, it's looking ominous as he's set on 20* with the new ball seen off, and he's just been given a life :frown: Love him or hate him a ton in his last test ...

They should get rid of the board completely. Foul jumps are ridiculous. Surely there is a way to record all uunps from where the tip of the toe left the ground. It could probably be ditched, but it’s “part of the skill” so will probably remain . Tbf, the farthest jump *from a fixed point* is probab...

Re: Should Parents Treat All Their Kids Equally? Is It Even Possible?
Once, while my parents were in a country pub circa 1990 my older sister and I were waiting in the car outside. I went for a whizz in the carpark and I urinated on what I thought was a rubbish piece of paper only to realize it was a $20 note. That was a lot of money in those days and despite my disgu...

The other group are the Hagler fans who insist he beat Leonard. I am and was a massive Hagler fan but I thought SRL out boxed him that night in Vegas way back in 87. Lewis has openly admitted had he fought Tyson early in his career he would have lost. Often a result is due to timing. This is why it's so disappointing how the past few years have panned out. 2015 to 2025 could have, should have been a golden decade for Heavyweight boxing. Is there a source for th...

Re: Anthony Joshua
The facts are th at Mike was a very very small heavyweight. I don’t think he could have ever beaten Lennox, Vitali or Fury. They could keep him at the end of the jab and then tie him up, dragging him into the deep waters of the later rounds. Then won a decision or KOd him. That's what people said a...

Rematch with Joyce. That really doesn't make sense for either fighter. JP should go after Ngannou Good shout from a Parker perspective, but not convinced there's much upside in that for Ngannou. I see it as win win whatever the result. If Ngannou loses, he loses to the guy who beat 2 World Champion...
