Are there no ex Leinster players involved in the coaching set up?

Ulster have had McCall, Clarke, Bell, Doak, Longwell more or less brought in after a bit of AIL experience or even stright in.

Munster have brought Axel through and Connaugjt+** have had Eric since he gave up playing.

A little harsh on D'Arcy. Not forgetting that playing 12 for Ireland is like getting a third light on a cigarette from the same match in a WWI trench.
