La Rochelle fatties walking in midfield already. This bodes well for Leinster if they can keep the ball alive.

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

It’s a struggle when you have a ref stinking with incompetence awarding penalties to the infringing team. He was probably worth 10 points to Gloucester. That’s not to say the Pisspreys were good. Far from it. But they were not able to gain any momentum because of the previous. They were their own b...

A game plan based on penalties is always going to depend on the referee, there’s just no attack and hasn’t been for years Yes, that is an issue, but it never fails to amaze/sadden/depress me when Welsh teams come up against middling English prem teams, the kind that are deemed to be a bit soft up f...

Re: The Official Welsh Rugby Thread

The referee might be giving some odd calls at the breakdown, but he's not going to be the reason that the Os lose. He's certainly a contributing factor - he's ridden them hard all night He's really not. Ospreys were gifted one try scoring opportunity from a poor kick and some lax defence. Outside o...

Ospreys persistent lack of explosive athletes continues to be their Achilles heel. Tries are just so hard for them to come by outside of a maul I don't think the personnel look too bad. Their inability to string together more than a couple of phases without either getting lost or making an error is...

Llewellyn off with a sore ankle having been largely ineffective. Not all his fault given the service, but not a great showing.

Rucks are a mess. Neither side is protecting their own ball well, so turnovers aplenty on offer.

Walsh is trying much too hard. Got a bit keen under a couple of high balls in the first half and dropped them, and has just isolated himself and been turned over for the second time.
