Re: Kidney Out.

Kidney doesn't have to give up a year's pay to resign. Whatever happens if he's going to it'll be via a resignation as opposed to being fired, even if that's the reality. And there'll probably be an undisclosed payoff. But I agree, he probably won't go given the importance of the AIs. And sure then...

Next time you're in Terenure take a look in the window of an estate agents, and come back to me and say its no different to Crumlin. What a preposterous notion. Given that the only thing between them and their respective first teams is paddy Wallace(for Marshall and Farrell) and Downey (for hanrahan) surely the IRFU could put a little pressure on munster and ulster depends on how much input the 2 new coaches agreed to,I'd be fairly confident JJ will be in ...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

With regards to the rankings, someone on boards.ie has worked it out, if we beat the Argies in the Autumn it would be virtually impossible for Scotland to overtake us. Though with Kidinme in charge, who knows. I didn't see that but I had thought it was easier for them to catch us until a mate told ...

Re: The Official Irish Rugby Thread

We need a provincial clearout as well as an international one. The real problem is there are guys not up to it who will be selected over people who might one day be up to it. McAllister should be ahead of Court. Nagle and Foley should be ahead of DOC. Henderson should be 3rd choice lock and back-up...

The Ulster windfall is showing signs of drying up a bit Who will be paying mullers, pienaar and afoas wages next season? Certainly isn't the IRFU. Of course it's the IRFU/Ulster Rugby. Poite really is the bloody wild card here. The Munster v NZ game in TP back in '08 was just a free-for-all. It had as much structure as Christchurch CBD. He hasn't improved since. Ignores midfield offside from set pieces. Ignores everything in the scrum, bar collapsing. Everything. Rucks may as wel...

Earls is either a full back, or a winger first in my book.
He can cover 13 decently, but we have enough players coming through at 13 to not have to shunt and stunt Earls into the centre.

Nelson can play.anywhere from 10 out. So you've told me before. But he is pretty quick and strong. Powerful centre combo if McGrath and Carty can get the best out of them. Looks like a side set up to run the Italians. Isn't Conneely an openside too? Let's hope that Nelson can have his first good ga...

Glad I'm in work and missed the match, but according to this board, SOB was magnificent as was Healy?
