Division 2A champions. :smug: The lads beat CLonakilty 71-14 down in Cork to win the league. The forwards were giving out about the match; the bonus point and league were sown up after about 20 minutes and they just spent the rest of the match walking to set plays and then chasing the wingers up as ...

I can see both sides with Fitzgerald. He has a history of injury and loss of form over the past couple of seasons, but he has also been outstanding at times. I personally think he is far too talented to be let go. If we had a national coach with any kind of vague plan for the backline it would cert...

Cullen's not anywhere near up to International rugby. There are at least 6 or 7 locks who should go ahead of him. Fully agree. Appo, I know. The guy's very quiet and introverted so wouldn't say boo to a Gard, particularly when the Gard had every right to pull him over in the first place.
Any ideas on how much a typical fine would be? I'm guessing in the 50-100 quid range.

Just started a thread asking this but then saw this thread so I'll re-post.
A friend was stopped for not having lights on his bike a few months ago and got a summons this morning (we're in Ireland).
What's a typical penalty for that? I presume it's just a fine and a "don't do it again" jobbie?

I'm sure you've already heard it but I'll say it anyway. You'll lose more fat if your doing strength training of some farm as well as cardio/aerobic stuff. You'd need at least a couple of days after DLs before going for any other exercises in that area of your body.
