Foreman would've destroyed both Fury and Wilder
- would've thrown and landed more heavy punches than Wilder to drop Fury
- Wilder wouldnt have taken as many punches from Foreman as he did from Fury.

It seems to me the ref counted straight away and the last one Fury got up at 9. I don't think there was any delay. 10 to be counted out if the boxer hasn't regained his feet but they have something called a mandatory 8 count where the referee continues counting to 8 even after the boxer is back on ...
