Re: Anthony Joshua
It's not a simple matter of letting them fight to decide we who's best. They're managing so the division has some cloud and prestige. You need rivalries to develop and for that to happen each fighter must build a resume. That won't happen if they cut short each other's careers/record. Unlike the lo...

Re: Anthony Joshua
What was with the referee telling Fury to "Walk away then come back to me"? That BS definitely gave Fury precious extra seconds to recover. Especially after the 12th round knock down. I thought it was clever and safe refereeing. Presumably he wanted to see how he was on his feet. I don't know if th...

Re: Anthony Joshua
It was a fair result imo. You can't come running "but Fury feather punched him more". Two knockdowns = 30 feather punches. Your opinion is not based on scoring round by round, and being as boxing is scored round by round then your opinion is obviously stupid. Ok, that decision was not scored round ...

Gerber is undoubtly great but it would've been good to see him vs the best centres of the time.

It's not tiddlywinks and it's not a straight forward round by round scoring obviously. Some rounds are undecided and will be influenced by a knock down. 'It was something I could have done without,' Mr Bevan said. 'It came out of the blue: I have no idea why he singled me out. It could be misconstrued, and if that is the case, it leaves a bitter taste.' I remember it well, the first gold watch ever in Wales. He took it from village to village on a ...

Surely Schmidt's legacy is that a whole generation of Irish internationals are exposed to better coaching which in turn should be good grounding if they're going into coaching themselves.

Private schools are the biggest converters to rugby in Oz. Junior clubs are normally filled by kids from rugb...

Why not Jake White? His tactics might be shit but he has a proven record. Also he's good at developing players You know why. - The old boys club can’t lose face. - they can’t afford to pay Cheika out - especially not picking Jake White who they summarily ignored lat time Randwick? Campo, Poido etc?...
