Re: **OFFICIAL** English Rugby Thread

I'd like to see Gus Warr play for England at some point. There's something naturally irritating about him - maybe just the fact he's a 9 - so I reckon he's got the potential to piss our Celtic brethren off more than Sexton, Bigger, Farrell and The Tory Party combined. Bet Scotland come in for him b...

Worth noting at 25yrs old Painter has a fair bit of milage left if he's playing well and being coached better. I'm not sold on Matt Ferguson at Saints . Comes over as a bit of a knob I'm sure Saints could do a lot better He will prob move to Saracen’s then i'd swap him for Ian Peel in a heartbeat

Ludlam is an absolutely great fit for T14 rugby. Great engine, willingness to carry the ball tight and loose. A loss to Saints. Sinckler is a mystery. Ludlam is still only 27. I personally think he's a mediocre coach. He's got mixed results and he's probably not a great people manager. Quite a few players left Reds because of him. Yeah perhaps I over-estimate his coaching. Lawes leaving means a rethink of the entire back row if we're to be competitive at the top flight. His height and heft will be missed. Simply swapping him for Underhill, good player though he is, is not the answer. Marchant's gone now. George Martin plays most of his rugby in the back row. Ted Hill...

I've always found the opposite with suburban living - in many ways it's the worst of both worlds. This is why we've alwa...
