Re: Cory Hill and Kristian Dacey
Brave decision. If it was Ringrose we would be delighted. Yes but the problem is that Ringrose was the obvious bolter type selection from Ireland, just as Someone like James Davies or Steff Evans would be from Wales. These guys are just rejects except for Gareth Davies, who should have been there f...

I can only assume he's injured. Gatland wasn't giving him a go at 15 anyway, which is the only position he might have excelled for the Lions.Gwenno wrote:Busted? Or busted flush?

Re: Is Gatland ruining the B&I Lions reputation?
Davies should have been there from the start. Dacey is very underrated, bang in form and as a left field selection is semi understandable what with him being there already.
Hill and Francis there can be zero justification though. Just utterly odd.
It's delicious stuff from Gatland

Ellis Jenkins came on and played really well Yes, very prominent. He impresses me every time I see him play, has that instinct to be in the right place. Lots of pluses today, but Samoa will want to make a point after that hammering by NZ today. We'll need to be much better. He was decent, but no Ja...

Sexton is pretty much the best defensive 10 out there. Not sure where Jake is going with this. Sure, he's had his injury issues and if the worry is just that he'll break, fair enough, but he's not a step down from Farrell in defence at all. Statto, Discussed this at length with your man Byrne last ...

We all know who will start, if fit. Daft to pretend otherwise. Nobody else has screamed 'pick me'. Watson has looked ok but that's it. Our backline have caught mediocritosis. That's because Gatland has refused to give the only realistic option any game time at 15 (Liam) and now it looks like he mig...
